As much as we need each other, each and every one of us needs to be able to find their Sanctuary. For rebalancing, destressing, thought-collecting or just to breathe deeply for a few ,minutes, we all have times when its necessary tor some 'me time'.
During this session I will lead you through how you discover your Sanctuary, is it surrounded by water, or on the top of a mountain? Is it while playing an instrument, or hanging upside.down? Your.Samctuary is.how you come back to your centre and get refreshed, it is as individual as you are.

Once you find your Sanctuary, how do you plan it onto your space and how do you make the most use of it? Dont worry, I will lead you through this too. Leaving this session you will not only have a new appreciation for the human need for Sanctuary but also some fresh ideas to make yours a reality.
