Ducks, Azolla, and Rice - Together they have the potential to create a durable, vibrant and productive polyculture. New to the New England, we are in year two of this project and plan to create a multi-acre paddy system in the upcoming year with a heavy emphasis on water-loving and aquatic permacultures.
