Maine Heritage Orchard - Permaculture Techniques Meet Orcharding?

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

The Maine Heritage Orchard, located right at MOFGA, combines varietal preservation, companion planting, polyculture, permaculture and soil remediation. Located at MOFGA in a spent gravel pit, the ten acre terraced orchard has been planted with 100 varieties of rare traditional apples, as well as hundreds of "companion" plants. Come for a tour of the site with MOFGA's John Bunker.
